SK8 · Kick, ollie, flip, grind.
SK8 is a tiny skateboarding game that plays in your browser, made for phones. Most questions are answered below. If yours isn't, we're one email away.
Stick (left thumb): hold to kick, let go to coast, pull back to brake.
Jump (right thumb): ollie. Land on a rail to grind.
Flip: in the air only. Tap once for a kickflip, twice for a 180, three times for a 360, four for a backflip.
Enemies: land on their heads or jump over them. Touch their bodies and you're smoked. Five lives, then back to the start.
Goal: ride from the thumbs-up hand to the rock-on hand.
No. SK8 is one level, played for the run. Nothing is saved between plays, and there are no accounts. The only thing it remembers is your sound setting.
Tap Sound on on the start screen. Phones won't play audio until you tap something, so it starts muted by design. If it's still silent, check the phone's silent switch and volume.
SK8 is built for a phone held upright and rides sideways on purpose. For the best fit, add it to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen) so the browser bar disappears. On a laptop, it plays fine with the keyboard too.
